Baby number two is on the way for Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney and wife Tiffany Fallon, reports PEOPLE. The couple, who are already parents to 21-month-old son Jagger Donovan, are thrilled with the news with Rooney saying, "We're a little more prepared but the same excitement is there. There's such fulfillment in being a father and it's going to be two-fold now, which is so cool."

Fallon, 35, has a hunch they will welcome another boy, while Rooney is betting on a girl. Rooney does mention that they wish to learn the gender ahead of time, "Tiff's all about decorating rooms, so she's got to know. She's got to prepare the nest."

The couple, who have been married since 2006, will welcome the new baby in the fall at the same time that Rascal Flatts is on tour. Rooney joked, "I'll be on tour this September and the Rascal Flatts machine is not stopping for anybody. But I have to be there. I'll rent a jet or something if I have to!"

Mom-of-three Kelly Ripa showed off her new ink during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman last night. When Dave pointed out the word scrawled across Kelly's wrist, she proudly revealed, "My new tattoo! It says 'Consuelos,' it's my last name."

Kelly says that she got the tattoo, in honor of her handsome husband of 13 years Mark Consuelos, just a week ago. She admits, though, that Mark's reaction wasn't quite what she was hoping for.

"So I came home and [waving her newly inked wrist around] said, 'I have a surprise for you... do you notice anything different?' And he said, 'You got your haircut.' 'No, I did not get my haircut. Anything else?' 'You got... Botox?' 'Nooo. Anything else?' He named about 17 different things: You got your teeth laser whitened.... I said, 'I got a tattoo. With your name on it.' And he goes, 'Oh honey, that's permanent."

The longtime lovebirds, who have kids Michael, 12, Lola, 8, and Joaquin, 7, met on the set of All My Children.

A sleepy-looking Sasha caught a ride with his mom Naomi Watts yesterday as the pair, along with little brother Kai, 1, and a nanny, were spotted strolling through New York (March 8). Jeremy informed Us Magazine that they talked for a few minutes about a hair stylist. Apparently his mother and Jessica (ouch) use the same one.

After attending an afternoon party, the Jolie-Pitt family were spotted taking a stroll in Venice, Italy on Sunday (March 7). Brad Pitt and 3 1/2-year-old Shiloh led the group, while Angelina Jolie held hands with Maddox, 8, and Zahara, 5. Playful Pax, 6, skipped alongside the group.

The happy group smiled and chatted before boarding a nearby gondola to return home.

Sean Penn loves Huge Chavez and apparently hates the First Amendment to the Constitution. First Sean Penn was kicking paparazzi right and left, presumably in a fit of rage over how bad his movie “Milk” was, and now he is ordering journalists to go to jail. Why? For speaking their mind. Obviously.

On Friday, Penn was on the HBO show “Real Time with Bill Maher.” It was then he took the time to defend Chavez, who isn’t exactly known for being kind hearted and kitteny, and essentially throw away our freedom of speech. According to Fox News:

Penn, appearing on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” on Friday, defended Chavez during a segment in which he detailed his work with the JP Haitian Relief Organization, which he co-founded.

“Every day, this elected leader is called a dictator here, and we just accept it, and accept it” said Penn, winner of two Best Actor Academy Awards.” And this is mainstream media, who should — truly, there should be a bar by which one goes to prison for these kinds of lies.”

And can we also mention that wishes ill upon those who question his motives? More specifically, he hoped that those people who questioned his humanitarian efforts in Haiti died screaming of rectal cancer. Thankfully, Penn assured CBS’ “Sunday Morning” that he wouldn’t waste too much energy on this. Giving your enemies fatal rectal cancer is indeed hard work. Oh. And Sean Penn is completely off his rocker.

Saying what you think politically isn’t exactly libel or slander – and it shouldn’t be a reason for people to go to jail. Fox New’s judicial analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, made a good point regarding the protection of speech:

“What he is saying is protected, as wacky and weird as it is,” Napolitano told FoxNews.com. “But the substance of what he’s saying would be absolutely contrary to the First Amendment, which fully protects all political opinions. So if a journalist says Dick Cheney should go to jail, the journalist is privileged to say that.”

“Mr. Penn is calling for a communist-like regime in which journalists who criticize the government are sent to jail because of that criticism,” Napolitano added. “That is utterly un-American and hasn’t happened here since the Civil War.”

So basically both the journalist and Sean Penn have protected political opinions and no one should be sent to jail, Sean. Penn seems to be a confused, liberal man who believes that Chavez is a poor little puppy in need of protecting. If our country was run according to Sean’s rules, it would no longer be a democracy. It’d be a nation full of communistic principles and the kicking of innocent media times in their soft little bodies.

Quit being a tool, Sean Penn. Or else we’re likely to believe you’re just as retarded as your character in Rain Man. This is a free country after all.

Brooke Shields has had a busy career with many, very public highs and lows. The actress has gone from a young child, to a wife and mother in the media spotlight, including all of the broken hearts and friendships in between, and a tumultuous relationship with her alcoholic mother. Speaking with Ladies Home Journal, Shields revealed details on her relationship with her mother, who is now suffering from Alzheimer's, as well as her views on being in show business at 44, how she balances her career with raising her two young daughters, Rowan, 6 and Grier, 3, and a bit of insight on some of her other past relationships.

On her relationship with her mother: "Her approval is still so important to me. I'll see her and think, She's going to say my hair's too dark. She's going to ask if I've gained weight. I might as well be 10. I'm confident in my own mothering, I've been making all my own decisions for a long time, but after all these years, I want my mom."

We don’t mean to be judgmental… but someone should run and get their harpoon gun before Beth Ditto takes over Paris. There are innocent people there who really don’t deserve to be eaten by some massive sea monster – and who haven’t seen Cloverfield so they have no idea how to flee the beast. For some reason unknown to us, Beth showed up at the Stella McCartney fashion show in Paris.

The Gossip singer is a rampant lesbian and Dorito enthusiast, so one would think she would be the last person at this fashion show. But of course, we are proven wrong by her blatantly bad taste in clothing and her thunder-stomping through Paris.

Although the allegation starts out reasonable enough – Quentin Tarantino stole the idea for Kill Bill off of someone else – it sort of disintegrates into a “JEWS RUN HOLLYWOOD!” rant that loses credibility. Via TMZ:

In a lawsuit filed today, Dannez Hunter claims in 1999 he submitted a treatment to Miramax, about a fictional character named Ren. Short story — he says eventually Miramax, Harvey Weinstein and Q.T. ripped-off his work, including the “concept/character name Ren.” He claims Q.T. pilfered Ren witnessing her mother’s sadistic murder, the knife through the mother’s abdomen, and on and on.

And there’s this. Hunter, who says he was from the inner city, applied for a job at Miramax but “was never given a return phone call, as numerous similar situated less qualified Jewish and White people were bestowed job after job after job.”

It wouldn’t be surprising if that creepy-foreheaded man stole the concept for Kill Bill off of someone else. Quentin is entirely too repulsive to come up with something that would make him that famous. Ugly people shouldn’t be successful. That’s a fact. Ask a scientist.

The man suing Quentin wants over $1 million. After Tarantino’s loss at the Oscars and successful career, we highly doubt that he will be acknowledging any truth to this man’s suit. Ever. It’s understandable for Hunter to be jealous of Tarantino. After all, Quentin gets some sweet trim and he may indeed be the ugliest man on earth. Or at least in Hollywood.

It’s doubtful that the Jew-hating rant will earn Hunter any money. They do control Hollywood.

If you don’t love Sandra Bullock already, you’re going to. Not only is she “competent” – she did win that Oscar for her role in “The Blind Side” – but she also has a sense of humor. The night before the Oscars, she was awarded the Razzie Award for Worst Actress 2010 for her performance in “All About Steve.” In a surprising move, Sandra Bullock actually showed up in person to accept the award.

She gave a great acceptance speech, teasing the audience about how awful the film was and accusing them of not even watching it – but not blaming them at all. It’s really refreshing to see an actress being able to make fun of herself (when she knows well and good that she takes her work seriously and is recognized for it). Via the Huffington Post:

“I think this is an extraordinary award,” said Bullock, who had promised throughout awards season that if she won the Razzie, she would accept it in person. “And I didn’t realize that, in Hollywood, all you had to do was say you’d show up, and then you’d get the award. If I’d known that, I would have said I was appearing at the Oscars a long time ago.”

Sandra Bullock couldn’t possibly be more endearing… unless she somehow managed to dress up in a slutty schoolgirl outfit, put her hair in pigtails and suck on a lollipop. Which she should really consider doing.

The Hurt Locker emerged the big winner at Sunday’s 82nd annual Academy Awards ceremony and secured six Oscars including best picture and best director for Kathryn Bigelow, earning her the honor for being the first ever woman to achieve this at the Oscars. The other awards that the film secured are: original screenplay, film editing, sound editing and sound mixing. The much-touted and awards favorite “Avatar” was barely able to live up to the competition with just three trophies.

Jennifer Garner and her gorgeous girls Violet, 4, and Seraphina, 1, met up with a few friends for an early dinner at Rosti Tuscan Kitchen in Santa Monica, California today (March 8). The doting mom had a kiss for her youngest daughter as the group got ready to head home. So sweet!

Just last week we saw the Valentines Day star and her daughters having a blast together during a trip to the park.

Enjoying a night out at Elton John’s annual Oscar bash on Sunday, proud mama Jennifer Hudson was happy to give an update on her 7-month-old son David.

“He’s great. He’s [steadily] growing,” the Dreamgirls star told Access Hollywood. “He’s crawling now.”

Now that he's on the move, little David seems to think he's found the perfect playmates in the family's dogs.

Reality stars Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick took their 2-month-old son Mason Dash out for a stroll in Miami, Florida after spending the day at Jungle Island Zoo (March 8).

Kourtney and her sisters Kim and Khloe are featured on the covers of a couple of the tabloids this week along with stories that all three are in the midst of romantic turmoil - claims which the Kardashian sisters are quick to deny.

"Where do they get this stuff?" Kim blogged. "My sisters and I have never been happier.... I want you guys to know that these stories are completely fabricated."

Although it's been almost one year since her death, the details of Jade Goody's last will have just been revealed.

And while she carried on a highly-publicized relationship with bad boy Jack Tweed in her final days, it seems the Big Brother star never lost focus on what was truly important and has left almost $6 million to her two adorable boys, Bobby Jack, 6, and Freddie, 5.

Her will states: "The wishes of my children should be regarded as paramount."

The late reality star's children are now living with their father, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, who will be their guardian until his death.

A friend says that Jade will be "smiling down from heaven" on her boys. "The bottom line of all this is that she'll have looked after her two young sons and no one has to worry about their financial security or education. They're very well provided for, and Jade will be smiling down from Heaven. It really was all she cared about in her final weeks - that her boys would have a proper schooling and not have to face the struggles she did growing up in a poor family in Bermondsey."

Jade's widower - who is awaiting trial after allegedly raping a 19-year-old - received her six year old Volkswagen, while her mother, Jackiey Budden, received $20,000.

Satyana Denisof enjoyed being escorted around Brentwood, Calif. by mommy, Alyson Hannigan, on Monday (March 8). The adorable 11 ½-month-old sported some cozy pink UGGs with legwarmers, while her gorgeous mom rocked a pair of stylish calf high boots and a cute plaid shirt.

The happy duo are gearing up to celebrate their joint birthday later this month: March 24 is Satyana’s first birthday and Alyson’s 36th!

Alyson recently commented on her dedication to being a “green” mama:

We use gDiapers, a hybrid - it’s cloth on the outside and there’s a liner that you can compost, but if you don’t, it biodegrades in three months, not years. We go to the farmers market all the time. We’re putting in an organic garden to grow things I can’t get at the farmers market. Besides produce such as strawberries and blueberries that I just want to have, we’ll do unusual lettuces and a particular kind of cucumber and a lot of different herbs.
