The fashion world is in mourning over the sudden (and intentional) death of Alexander McQueen… and let us just say… black is SO in right now. McQueen, the flamboyant fashion expert, went out in style. He hanged himself in his own wardrobe on February 11th, after his own mother’s funeral. Someone should tell him that it’s the natural order of things, that the parents pass away before the children, but it’s a little too late for that. With being dead and all.

There was allegedly a suicide note found with the body; Alexander said goodbye to his loved ones and advised them that vintage clothing is always in. After Joyce, his mother, passed away apparently Alexander was shut up in his $2 million Mayfair home.

Celebrities like Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Stella McCartney, Daphne Guiness, Sam Taylor-Wood, and Annabelle Neilson were all at the funeral. Alexander’s family were in attendance as well, minus his mother.
