Fame Was A “Curse” For Erin Brockovich

Erin Brockovich, the legal clerk who became a household name after Julia Roberts' Oscar-winning portrayal of her in the film of the same name, spoke with the UK's Sun, stating fame has changed her life, but not in a good way.

Brockovich says she wasn't prepared for the fame or attention the movie would bring, especially on her personal life, which was depicted on film in detail: "I really didn't know that a lot of my life was going to be in there - me, the children, my romance at the time with George the biker guy."


The Sutters Are Million Baby Crawl Cuties

Ryan and Trista Sutter, along with their two children - son Max, 2, and daughter Blakesley, 7 months - led hundreds of local parents and kids in Broomfield, CO on the Million Baby Crawl last Wednesday (November 18).

The Million Baby Crawl is a grassroots effort to raise awareness about the nation's outdated chemical laws. Advocates such as Erin Brockovich (pictured below) hope to encourage congress to pass stronger regulations against hazardous chemicals in household products.

At the event, Ryan spoke out about the toxic chemicals our children are exposed to:

I don’t know how it got to the point that it did. With as many poisons and toxins we are giving our children unknowingly, it’s probably time to take a step back and look at a more natural solution.”

Proud mama Catherine McCord - actress and Calvin Klein model - planted a kiss on her adorable 8-month-old daughter at the the launch of Seventh Generation’s Million Baby Crawl, a national campaign led by famed environmental activist Erin Brockovich to "rattle" congress about the need to overhaul the country's outdated toxic chemical laws.
