I know a lot of people like to hate on Heather but I’m not one of those people. I think Heather is a beautiful woman. I think she’s a talented woman. I think she’s a woman that, well, hasn’t made the best life choices in the past but I’m not going to hold that against her. I think we all make a mistake or two here and there. In these photos from Malibu, Heather is looking gorgeous and youthful but what really stands out about these photos to me is how happy she looks, not to mention how healthy she looks. I’ve heard people comment on photos like these ones and say Heather dresses too young for her age. I personally think she looks fine. I think the look is fun and flirty – just as I imagine Heather is.

Happy Thursday, my fellow fixers, which is also 1-12-12. Weird date, don’t you think? That’s probably why we’ve had so many completely insane breaking news stories today! And that’s why I’m bringing them all to you in one single post! So, without further ado, here’s Thursday’s Completely Insane Miscellaneous Junk You Might Like! If you read yesterday’s post, you probably noticed that there was quite a bit of Baby Blue Ivy news. Well, I’ve got some for you today, too! Just… not as much. First off, the investigation from The Health Department has officially been closed as of this morning. Hmph, it’s amazing how powerful some people’s checkbook’s are, isn’t it? With the craziness that went on in that hospital, that investigation should have lasted a little longer than twenty-four hours. A bit fishy, if you ask me. And, I’ve also got a special picture treat for you. The first pics of been released! Of Beyonce’s room… Sorry, that was mean. Rest assured, though, The Daily Fix will definitely be bringing the million dollar Blue Ivy pics to you as soon as the right buyer comes along for Jay-Z and Beyonce. But, I do have the first pics of the swanky, elegant, and absolutely disgusting birthing room for you. Okay, if you’ve ever had a baby, you know that you don’t give a flying fuck how nice the artwork on the walls are or how soft the couch is. You’re screaming and sweating and swearing your ass off, not going, ‘Oh, my, I’m so glad we invested over a million dollars in this room. Didn’t it turn out just beautiful?’ No, and I’m pretty friggin’ positive that Beyonce must be having some buyer’s remorse over paying so much for that room that probably just got covered in all types of bodily fluids. Well, maybe she’s not, but I sure would be. Stupid, just stupid! And moving on — Heather Locklear has been admitted to the ER for a combination of drugs and alcohol. Her sister called 911 at 2:05 pm PST when she feared Heather was in danger. This isn’t the first time Locklear has had an ambulance called. Her doctor once called 911, fearful that she had tried to kill herself by taking too many RX pills. That’s really all of the info I have on it right now, but I’m sure you join me in wishing Heather a speedy recovery… and better judgment! Okay, so Rihanna has kind of pissed me off. Instead of attending the People’s Choice Awards, in which she won the award for Best R&B Singer, she skipped out to go chill at the Heat vs. Clippers game! Now, it would be one thing if she was in a completely different city at the time, but — get this! — the game was going on right across the street from the People’s Choice Awards! Heather Locklear is in Hawaii, celebrating her 50th birthday (my, my, how do all those DUI years go by) with her soon to be husband Jack Wagner, and just like you, we were expecting her body to be a transparent jello mass with bottles and caps floating around, but damn were we wrong! Apparently, tackling alcohol like it’s the 4th of July and you’re just waiting to see the fireworks on a daily basis did wonders for her body. Sure, her face turned to butter, but that could be from constantly being hit in the head with the air bags. Just sayin’, she looks damn good for someone whose Lindsay Lohan’s age.

New mother Padma Lakshmi took a night off parenting duties to enjoy a candle lit dinner date with an unlikely companion – comedian David Spade.
The model and host of U.S. show Top Chef tried to make a low-key exit from celebrity hotspot Koi last night with the diminutive Spin City star.
But the pair were caught on their way out and got into David’s Jeep together a few moments later.
Both stars have have a chequered history when it comes to romance.
David, has been linked to a string of famous women over the years including Heather Locklear, Nicolette Sheridan, Teri Hatcher and Krista Allen but he never married.
The 45-year-old, is is starring in the upcoming comedy Grown Ups with Adam Sandler, also became a father in 2008 when Playboy Playmate, Jillian Grace, gave birth to a baby girl, named Harper, nine months after their short affair.
‘I had a brief relationship with Jillian Grace. If it is true that I am the father of her child, then I will accept responsibility,’ Spade said at the time.
Lakshmi, 39, a former model, married British novelist Sir Salman Rushdie in 2004. Rushdie had been married 3 times before and the pair had a 23-year age gap.
They divorced in 2007.
In February she gave birth to a daughter, Krishna Thea Lakshmi.

According to TMZ, Heather Locklear was arrested for hit-and-run last Saturday.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ at around 4 AM, someone heard a crash near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA.
The person who heard the crash didn’t call the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department until 7:48 PM that night. Deputies went out to the area and found a knocked over “no parking” sign and obvious signs of a car that went up the curb, striking the sign.
Deputies confirmed through investigation that the car in question was Locklear’s black BMW. The collision was very close to Locklear’s home.
Deputies then went to Locklear’s home, saw damage to the BMW that was consistent with the collision, and arrested her for hit-and-run.
The offense is a misdemeanor, so Locklear was not taken into custody — just cited and released. An official from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department tells TMZ a hit-and-run citation constitutes an “arrest.”
Back in 2008, Locklear was arrested in Santa Barbara for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription medications.
She ended up pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and was placed on three years informal probation. A Santa Barbara prosecutor tells us he’s looking into the latest incident, which could be a probation violation.

Ava Sambora made her modeling debut at last night's LA Fashion Week premiere of her rocker dad Richie Sambora's women's fashion line White Trash Beautiful. The gorgeous 12-year-old was cheered on by her beaming mom Heather Locklear as she strutted her way down the catwalk.
This is the Bon Jovi guitarist's first foray into the world of fashion. The inspiration behind the collection, according to his design partner Nikki Lund, is that "every single woman has a little bit of white trash in them and that every single woman wants to be sexy, and these clothes are designed to let a little bit of that diva out."

Richie Sambora and his 12-year-old daughter Ava rocked the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon on Monday (November 16). Ava's mother is Richie's ex-wife, Melrose Place actress Heather Locklear.
The 50-year-old rocker is about to hit the road with band Bon Jovi on The Circle Tour, kicking off February 19 in Seattle, WA.

Ashlee Simpson’s diva behavior got her booted from the CW hit ‘Melrose Place’, a source close to one cast member tells Fox411.
“Ashlee was kicked off ‘Melrose Place’ because she was a total diva on set, late all the time, and deeply disliked by fellow cast members,” the insider spills. “It created a lot of discord among the cast.”
Another big problem, says the snitch?
“She could barely act.”
(If you saw her episodes, you know this to be true.)
But not being able to act and being a diva hardly set Simpson apart from many of the venerable primetime soap’s stars, both current and past. The insider tells Fox411 it was the producer’s need to bring in one of those past stars that also hastened Simpson’s swan song.
The source says producers desperately wanted Heather Locklear to reprise her role, but couldn’t afford her salary demands without cutting someone.
“They basically trimmed the fat and made it possible for Heather to join the show,” says the snitch. “Heather is a much bigger name than Ashlee.”
Plus the source gave one more piece of casting scoop. “Melrose” legend Jack Wagner is reprising his role, too!
Does that mean even more newbies will be biting bullets? Why not just dump them all and bring back the whole original cast, while they’re at it?

–On her blog yesterday, Khloe Kardashian said, quote, “I’m thrilled to finally be able to tell you that the news is true . . . Lamar and I are getting married on Sunday!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited that I can finally share the news with all of you.” They’ll get married at the family home in Bel Air and of course Ryan Seacrap will be among the 250 guests. Mama Kris was on Ryan’s show yesterday and said ”You know, that’s how Bruce and I met. We met, and we were married four months later. Isn’t that romantic?” What I find odd is Lamar just signed a 4 year deal with the Lakers for $33 million….then why were they registering for wedding gifts? shouldn’t they have done one of those – in lieu of gifts, please donate to our favorite charity – The TSG Fund?

How FABULOUS was Kelly Osbourne last night on Dancing With The Stars?!?! I was blown away by her performance! She looked amazing and made her Mum and Dad cry! She is my pick for the winner this season! By the way, tonight is the results show – 2 people going home. They are also having a tribute to Patrick Swayze tonight.

Here’s Heather Locklear at the Twilight premiere with her daughter Eva, without her engagement ring and while her people only confirmed the split from Jack Wagner I’m pretty sure he got dumped because he simply wasn’t good marriage material. I mean does he drink and drive at the same time while his daughter’s a passenger? Does he love to throw whiskey bottles around at family reunions? Is he even a rehab regular for God’s sake? Tell them Richie.
Heather Locklear got into a black bikini in Hawaii over the Easter weekend and if you don’t take into account our desire to put a Darth Vader mask over her head, her abs look pretty fantastic. Which is a clear sign that she was the perfect choice to boost that 18-24 demographic for Melrose Place. Nothing like a 48-year old with tight abs and a face that swallowed a gin bottle to get those teenagers horny.
