The 37-year-old German beauty walked hand in hand with her eldest son while Lou cuddled up to the nanny and Johan and Leni chilled in the double stroller.
What does the Project Runway host have to say about the ever-present paparazzi? Heidi recently opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about the shutterbugs who often create some "not-so-convenient" moments:
The other moms always give me the stink eye, and then I feel bad. So half of the time I will just leave and go somewhere else. You don't feel too good about those moments when you get stink eye from all the other moms. And the thing is, we don't understand half of the time what is so interesting about the same photos of us at the park. My children are just like other children too and they love going to the park."
Heidi's hit show Project Runway premieres on Thursday, July 29 at ET/PT on Lifetime.

Johan doesn't care so much about what he's wearing. Henry is definitely very opinionated about what he wears. He changes clothes all the time....He's very, very particular about his clothes. And Leni loves dresses and being a girlie girl. She hasn't really gone beyond pink."

Heidi Klum was all smiles as she carried her 4-month-old daughter Lou in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 2). The pair were joined by the entire Samuel crew! Papa Seal held hands with their three other children - Leni, 5 1/2, Henry, 4, and Johan, 3 - as they went to taekwondo class.
She may be a mother of four, but no one would call Heidi a "Desperate Housewife." Until now. Klum, 36, will play herself on an upcoming episode of the hit ABC series alongside former cover girl Paulina Porizkova, 44. Can't wait to see Heidi hit Wisteria Lane!
