Here’s Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner taking their daughter out for ice cream yesterday (or they kidnapped Abigail Breslin) when things got a little tense when Ben started shooting the birdie at a paparazzi. I’d be on edge too if I had to have sex with Skeletor back there. I’m sure when he’s doing that pasty man face hump, he dreams of J. Lo’s soft Puerto Rican butt and how that was the last time he felt like a man.
In all seriousness though, I think we can all appreciate getting tired of having your photo taken, BUT I think Ben has lost track of the fact that IT’S HIS JOB. Actors don’t get paid millions of dollars for a couple weeks work because they deserve it, it’s all part of the “famous person lifestyle” that they seem to enjoy so much. You don’t get to say “I want the money, but I don’t want my picture taken” any more than the rest of us can tell our bosses “I want to get paid, but I don’t want to do any work”.
Ben, if you don’t want to have your picture taken, that’s fine. Take your money and go live a quiet life of solitude. But as long as you make your living being a famous actor, shut up, stick that finger up your ass, and smile for the camera.

His younger brother Casey Affleck may never stand a chance to grace the podium of honesty (remember that Joaquin Phoenix mockumentary?), but elder bro Ben Affleck has proved that he’s a daredevil in this department too. The Oscar winner has been applauded for his honesty by a West Virginia casino owner after Ben returned a $250,000 cheque upon discovering he’d been mistakenly paid twice for an appearance.

The Oscar winner was mistakenly send two $250,000 (GBP166,670) payments for attending the star-studded grand opening of an $80 million (GBP53.3 million) casino at the famed Geenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs on 2 July (10). And casino owner Jim Justice is heaping praise on the star for not pocketing the extra cash - because his accounting staff wouldn’t have spotted the error.

The day before, we saw the entire Garner-Affleck crew - including papa Ben Affleck - at Violet's soccer practice. Ben's latest flick, The Town, finished first at the box office this past weekend with $23.8 million. Can't wait to see it!

They were joined by Ben's little brother Casey Affleck, his wife Summer and other family members. The Affleck brothers were seen playfully pushing on each other while their children played outside the library at the water park.
Casey has recently been slapped with sexual harassment law suits from two different female employees who worked on his documentary I'm Still Here: The Lost Year Of Joaquin Phoenix.

Jennifer Garner is showing her daughters how to be healthy by exercising and eating well.
In an interview with iVillage, the actress reveals that she leads by example. After she works out she sits with her girls Violet, 4, and Seraphina, 19 months, to eat breakfast in the morning.
“[They'll ask] ‘Where were you?’” Garner reveals. “[I tell them] ‘I was just working out, it’s important for me.’”
She also makes sure there's always fresh produce on the table.
“My big thing with vegetables lately is, ‘How many colors are you going to eat tonight?’” she shares. “Choose your colors.”
So what's her strategy on getting the girls to actually eat the veggies?
“I put them out when everybody is hungry, while I’m cooking and trying to get dinner on the table [because] I’m the worst at that,” she admits.
