What The Hell??: First Legal Male Brothel Coming to Nevada

Male prostitutes are coming soon:

The owner of a brothel, located more than a two hour drive from Las Vegas, said she hopes to hire Nevada’s first legal male prostitutes within…

…a month, now that state health officials have approved a method to test men for infectious diseases. The world is ready for women, or even other men, to legally buy sex, said Shady Lady Ranch owner Bobbi Davis. Plus, being the first to offer male service could boost business in tough economic times, she said. “With so many other male revues going on in Vegas, we thought it was time to give this a try,” Davis told The Associated Press.

Until now, men have been effectively barred from legally plying the world’s oldest profession in Nevada by the specificity of a state health law requiring prostitutes to undergo frequent cervical testing for sexually transmitted diseases.

The health board approved a regulation to allow urethral testing for men — a crucial rule change by the state agency with ultimate power over whether prostitutes can or can’t work.

For more than 25 years, no licensed female prostitute in Nevada has contracted HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, said George Flint, a Reno wedding chapel owner and longtime lobbyist for the Nevada Brothel Owners Association.

“My concern is that we continue to maintain that kind of record,” he said. Prostitution has been legal in rural Nevada counties since 1971 under strict state health board oversight but is against the law in the Las Vegas and Reno areas. “I think the Legislature is really going to give me some heartburn over this,” Flint said in a telephone interview after appearing before the state Health Board in Carson City on Friday to endorse the Shady Lady proposal.

“But I think it’s an inevitability,” he added, “and the brothel association has reluctantly agreed to support this as a test.” Davis said she wants to add two men to the three women she currently has living and working at her compound of trailers off U.S. 95 about 150 miles northwest of Las Vegas. She said the women usually charge about $300 per hour for the five to 20 customers who visit on any given night.

Jesus, take the wheel.

In White Folks News: Child Star Possibly Facing Prison Time for Beating Friend with a Wooden Stool

SMH:

BOULDER, Colo. — Former “Family Ties” actor Brian Bonsall has been charged with second-degree assault after police say he repeatedly hit a friend in the head with a broken wooden stool.

Bonsall could face between two and six years in prison if convicted of the charge that prosecutors filed Friday. Bonsall, 28, was arrested Saturday and appeared briefly in a Boulder courtroom Wednesday morning. Police said he was involved in a fight at an apartment in the 1100 block of 11th Street in Boulder on Saturday. The victim told police that Bonsall hit him with a part of a broken wooden stool.

Bonsall allegedly told officers he had been drinking that night and didn’t remember what had happened but identified the man who called police as his “best friend.” Police had been called to the residence three times before they arrested Bonsall. Police say Bonsall was also wanted on a warrant for missing a court hearing in 2007 on suspicion of violating bond conditions on another case. In that case, he had been sentenced to two years of probation for his girlfriend’s assault.

Bonsall played the role of the youngest Keaton sibling, Andy, on the NBC sitcom starring Michael J. Fox.

Why do these ‘child stars’ always turn out so jacked up??? This dude sounds a bit ‘interrupted’ for real.

Jesus Take The Wheel: Man In “The D” Charged With Executing/Murdering His Own 15-Year-Old Son For Touching His Baby Sister!

A father in Michigan shot his son in the head for allegedly admitting to him that he had touched his 3-year-old sister sexually:

The family of slain 15-year-old Jamar Pinkney, Jr. was overcome with emotions Wednesday as his father was led into court and arraigned on first-degree murder charges in his death.Police said Jamar Pinkney, Sr. forced his son, Jamar Pinkney Jr., to get naked and then he led him out of his mother’s Highland Park home Monday and shot him execution-style in the head in a nearby field. Jamar Pinkney, Sr. was charged with first-degree murder, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison without chance for parole. He was also charged with three counts of felonious assault and felony with a firearm. Highland Park Judge Bridgette Officer arraigned the 37-year-old on the charges Wednesday afternoon in 30th District Court. Jamar Pinkney, Sr. pleaded guilty at the arraignment.

“In the event that there’s evidence that he did do this…that’s something that either a jury or a judge would have to take a good, hard look at,” said the defendant’s attorney, Corbett Edge O’Meara.

A judge ordered the father held without bond and set a preliminary examination for Dec. 1. “You seen the look on this face, no expressions or nothing, just a cold-hearted murder,” said one of the victim’s family members outside the courtroom Wednesday. The victim’s mother and her sister told police that Jamar Pinkney, Sr. came into the home Monday afternoon with a gun and began arguing with his son. Family members said the argument stemmed from a confession made by the son. According to Jamar Pinkney, Jr.’s family, the teen told his mother that he’d touched his 3-year-old half-sister inappropriately at his father’s Detroit home. The toddler is his father’s daughter with another woman. Jamar Pinkney, Jr.’s aunt Yolanda Cherry told Local 4 she was in the home during the argument. “He beat my nephew real bad in the head, where he had knots like he had been in a boxing ring,” said Cherry. When Cherry tried to intervene, she said, the father pulled out a gun.

“I ran down the street to get police down here and I heard a gunshot,” said Cherry. Witnesses at the scene told Local 4 that they saw Jamar Pinkney, Sr. order the naked teen out of the home and to an empty field. A woman who did not want her identity revealed told Local 4 what she saw.

“He brought him out the house, he walked him over there and said, ‘Get on the ground,’ and he’s like, ‘No, Daddy, no, Daddy,’ and next thing you know, he grabbed his head and he shot him,” said the witness. The witness said the father calmly got into his vehicle and drove away. “He was calm and drove off like a regular person, like he didn’t do anything, and I am like, ‘wow,’” said the witness. Police were looking for the father after he fled the area. He was caught a few hours later. “Whatever my grandson did there, there is nothing in this world that was worth taking his life. He got him down on his knees and killed him,” said the boy’s grandfather.

“No individual has the right to exact the death penalty on another, no matter how reprehensible the behavior. That is why we have laws,” said Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy. Jamar was a sophomore at Martin Luther King High School. Family members said he was active in sports. Jamar Pinkney, Jr.’s aunt Janice Burkes said she doesn’t believe the allegations of molestation because her nephew was a sweet boy and very good with kids. “No I can’t believe that I think. It’s a bunch of crap,” said Burkes. A candlelight vigil for the victim was held Tuesday evening in Highland Park. His funeral has been set for Monday. A fund has been set up to help the family with burial expenses. Donations can be made at the Charter One Bank branch in Highland Park.

Jesus Take The Wheel: ‘It’s All Going To Come Out’ After The Bodies Are Found

story.sex.offender.woio

Remember Anthony Sowell, the convicted rapist out of Ohio that is suspected of killing six people whose bodies were found in and around his house? Well, there were 11 bodies and this guy was more sick then first perceived:

Upon hearing that police had found two bodies at his home, murder suspect Anthony Sowell said, “It’s all going to come out now,” according to a neighbor. Debbie Madison, 54, can see Sowell’s house from her front porch. He moved into the Cleveland, Ohio, home in 2005 after serving 15 years in prison for an attempted rape conviction. But Madison said she never saw him until about two years ago.

Sowell kept up the place and mowed his grass, she said. “We’d say ‘Hi’ all the time.” The two chatted across the street. Madison said she knew that Sowell’s sister lived a few blocks away, because he waved at her once when she saw him at the sister’s house.

“He seemed like he loved his sister,” she said. She did, however, smell the same foul stench described by others in the area. It was thought at the time that a nearby sausage factory was to blame. A more sinister explanation for the stench became apparent when police found the remains of 11 people, all African-American women, inside and outside Sowell’s home. All that was found of one victim was a skull, wrapped in a paper bag and stuffed into a bucket in the basement.

Sowell, 50, a registered sex offender, is charged with five counts of aggravated murder, rape, felonious assault and kidnapping in connection with the deaths. He also was indicted earlier this week on charges stemming from an alleged rape in September, and his arraignment on those charges is set for Friday. Madison said she will never forget the day a couple of weeks ago when police showed up and found the bodies while executing a search warrant as part of the investigation into the September rape allegations.

She said she got into her car and drove to Sowell’s sister’s house. “I said, ‘I’ll take a chance and go over there and let them know something’s going on at that house.’ ” When she got there, Sowell was there, sitting on the couch, she said, “just like it was another day.”

“I said, ‘Tony, police are at your house and they’re saying they found two bodies over there,’ and he jumped up,” she said. “I said, ‘I’ll take you back to the police so you can talk with them.’ He looked like he was gonna run.” But she said Sowell got into her car. She said she was nervous and asked one of Sowell’s nephews to go along, but Sowell told his nephew to stay behind.

While in the car, she said, “I told Tony, ‘I think you should talk to police and find out what’s going on.’ He said to me, ‘It’s all gonna come out now. … That girl made me do it.’ “

She said she did not ask him what girl he was talking about, but that the only girl she had seen at the house was Lori Frazier, the niece of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson. It was unclear if Sowell was referring to Frazier in his comments to Madison. Jackson’s office said earlier this week that Frazier had a relationship with Sowell that ended two years ago, but it was unclear whether the relationship was romantic. Frazier told CNN affiliate WOIO that she had lived with Sowell and that “he took care of me, good care of me.”

Attempts by CNN to contact Frazier were unsuccessful. Neighbors and police have said that other women were also seen at Sowell’s home from time to time, and that he would offer them beer and other alcohol. Police say he might also have offered them drugs. On October 20, neighbors reported seeing a naked woman fall from the second floor. Firefighters and police responded and later notified police. The woman told officers she fell off the roof while she was at the home “partying,” and no charges were filed. Another woman said she survived an attack by Sowell at the home.

Madison said when she and Sowell reached the corner near his house, he told her to take him back to his sister’s. She did, and let him out. “When he got out of the car and drove away, I screamed,” Madison said, saying she believed that he “just admitted killing two people. … I went home and my knees were shaking.” She said she accompanied police officers back to Sowell’s sister’s house, but did not see Sowell there at the time. Police arrested him a day and a half later, wandering within about a mile of his home.

“I guess it wasn’t my time,” Madison said of her encounter with Sowell that day. “He did nothing to me.” Sowell has been placed on a suicide watch at the request of his attorney, Kathleen DeMetz, his public defender. A psychiatric evaluation has been ordered but it’s unlikely to happen until after the case goes before a grand jury, the next expected step. “I hope he burns in hell,” Madison said. “I’d like  to give him a Bible. At least he can try to save his soul.”

What a sick-person. Hopefully, society gets rid of him for good, but it’s too bad 11 people lost their lives before all of this came out.
