Julianne Moore & Her Beach Buddies

Exclusive... Julianne Moore & Family Enjoy A Day On The Beach

Don Jon actress Julianne Moore and her family-of-four enjoyed a day at the beach in Mexico on Sunday (January 5). Joined by husband Bart Freundlich and their two kids - Cal, 16, and Liv, 11 – The Hunger Games actress, 53, was all smiles during their fun family getaway.

In October, Julianne and her family posed for pics as she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The stunning redhead recently talked about aging naturally and avoiding Botox and other cosmetic procedures.

“Hell yeah! I’d like to think that I can age as naturally as possible,” Julianne said. “I don’t want to come out condemning anything anybody does, because I think that all of these things can contribute to making people feel better about themselves, and that’s great.”

She added: “But I also want to look like myself. I mean, we’re not going to live forever. You could be dead at 45, and guess what? Then you don’t have to worry about aging… I feel like I’d like to be 90. I’d like to be 100. I may not be lucky enough to have that happen. But, boy, I’m going to try.”

Julianne Moore & Liv: Strollin’ In NYC

Julianne Moore and her 8-year-old daughter Liv were spotted strolling in New York City on Sunday (September 19).

Moore is also a children's book author. Her book, Freckleface Strawberry, is now an off-Broadway musical for kids.

Earlier this summer, the actress spoke about the stage version to WENN.

"It's really fun and weird because I have little to do with it. They optioned the book and decided to do it. It's kind of fun and interesting to see it." She adds, "I saw a workshop they did with children and a workshop they did with adults. I think they're gonna mount the show with young adults playing kids because it's difficult getting really little kids to do this kind of stuff. The music is charming. It was a lot of fun to watch. It's opening in September off-Broadway."

Moore's husband is Bart Freundlich, a director. They also have a 12-year-old son named Caleb.

Julianne Moore’s School Run

The Kids Are All Right star Julianne Moore was pictured taking her 8-year-old daughter Liv to school in New York City today (May 7). Liv was seen carrying a tin of goodies to class.

The 49-year-old actress recently talked about finding time for self-care amidst her busy schedule.

I do yoga. In fact, it's pretty much the only thing I do, believe it or not. Yoga is nice because it gives me time to just zone out. But once you have children it is shocking how quickly your day goes. I do a lot of that stuff with my kids. If I'm not working it really is just about my family. So even finding time for yoga is a challenge."

Julianne and her husband, director Bart Freundlich, are also parents to 12-year-old son Cal.

Bart Freundlich & His Big City Kids

Director Bart Freundlich was spotted walking with his two kids - Cal, 12, and Liv, 8 - after school in New York City on Monday (April 19).

The kids' mother is Boogie Nights actress, Julianne Moore.

Julianne, 49, recently talked about their close-knit family.

Once you have children it is shocking how quickly your day goes. I do a lot of that stuff with my kids. If I'm not working it really is just about my family."

Julianne Moore: It’s Shocking How Quickly Your Day Goes With Children

Academy Award-nominated actress, Julianne Moore is set to grace the big screen in Chloe as a wife who hires a prostitute - played by 'it girl' Amanda Seyfried - to find out if her husband is cheating. In an unexpected twist, these two embattled characters end up falling for each other.

The stunning 48-year-old mother of son Cal, 12, and daughter Liv, 7, opens up to Parade about making time for herself amidst her busy career and the demands of motherhood, and how she feels about approaching her 50s in age-obsessed Hollywood.

On finding time for self-care: "I do yoga.

Julianne Moore Dishes On Her Family Life

The life of Julianne Moore has changed drastically in the twenty-seven years since she first stepped onto a film set. The down-to-earth actress began her career on As The World Turns and is now a multiple Academy Award-nominated industry professional. Moore, who will celebrate her 50th birthday in December, sat down with Blackbook to discuss her career and her family life with husband, filmmaker Bart Freundlich and their two children, Caleb, 12, and Liv, 7. The Magnolia actress touches on her views on the worldwide fascination with celebrity, the paparazzi presence in her life, and gives us a little glimpse into the modest family life she has in her West Village brownstone in New York.

On the paparazzi presence in her life: “Not often is it a real intrusion. But it’s a pain. She [Liv] fell down and I had to pick her up. I was holding her, and all the while this guy kept taking pictures. That’s when I said, Come on, that’s enough!”

Julianne Moore Muses On Movie Nudity

Julianne Moore has bared all in more than a few of her films over the years: The End of the Affair, The Big Lebowski and Boogie Nights, to name a few. Insisting that she doesn't search out these roles, the mom-of-two admits that her kids Caleb, 12, and Liv, 7, may one day wish she hadn't taken them!

"I am aware that my kids will one day see my films and might think they are a bit shocking, especially the nude scenes," says the 49-year-old beauty. "But, hey, there is always a point in a kid's life when they hate their mother!"

Julianne Moore Keeps Kids Grounded

Award-winning actress Julianne Moore may be used to the glitz and glamor of Hollywood, but she can still appreciate life's little joys.

“My son made his bed this morning and I couldn’t believe it," the shocked star tells The Times Online in a recent interview. "Every day I’m like, 'Make-your-bed, make-your-bed.'”

Mom to son Cal, 12, and daughter Liv, 7, Julianne says that she and her husband Bart Freundlich try hard to keep their kids grounded.

“The kids go to a Quaker school and their father and I believe a lot in community and making sure you give to people less fortunate than you. We talk about responsibility a lot.”

Julianne Moore On Her “Very, Very Normal Life”

On the big screen, Oscar-winner Julianne Moore has portrayed characters ranging from a drug-addicted porn star in Boogie Nights to a 1950s housewife trapped in seemingly idyllic life in Far From Heaven. Off screen, the 49-year-old mom-of-two insists her own day-to-day is "very, very normal."

"What I am interested in is people behaving outside what people consider normal behaviour," Julianne tells The Sydney Morning Herald of the unusual roles she chooses. "As [Gustave] Flaubert says: 'Be regular and orderly in your life, so that you may be violent and original in your work.' For me, that's kind of how it is. I have a very, very normal life, I really do."

That normal life is spent in the company of her husband Bart Freundlich and their two kids Caleb, 12, and Liv, 7. Describing the typical routine in her family-of-four, she muses, "My daughter has her ballet class, my son has his basketball, my husband is writing and playing golf and I act and like to decorate the house."

Julianne is seen here at last month's 15th Annual Critics' Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California.

Julianne Moore & Liv Helen Head Home

Actress Julianne Moore was spotted picking her 7-year-old daughter, Liv Helen, up from school this afternoon (December 2) in New York City.

Julianne, 48, and her husband, director Bart Freundlich, 39, have been married since 2003 and are also parents to 11-year-old Caleb.

Julianne Moore’s ghost of bikinis past

julianne

Julianne Moore still has a pulse, right?  Looking more dead than alive, the redheaded ‘Children of Men’ star was spotted in a black bikini in what we can only guess is an attempt at getting some color on her pasty skin.  We don’t want to accuse her hubby, writer/director Bart Freundlich, of having a thing for boinking corpses, but how else would you describe their nearly 6-year marriage that’s resulted in two children?

We’re pretty sure this is how Lindsay Lohan looks underneath all that self-tanner, and for that, we can forgive her just a little bit for bronzing as religiously as she does.  Because the alternative that Julianne presents is truly ghastly.
