Why Can’t Grown A*s Men Just Mess with Girls Their Own Age?!?!?

Well look what we have here, another little Chester:

Shane Sparks — a judge on the MTV show “America’s Best Dance Crew” — has been arrested and charged with 9 counts of child molestation.

The LAPD took Sparks into custody at 8AM PT this morning on a felony warrant charging him with molestation. The alleged incidents began occurring in 1994. According to the criminal complaint Shane allegedly committed the crimes of lewd acts upon a child — all felonies. The criminal complaint — filed by the L.A. County District Attorney’s office — lists 9 incidents of alleged molestation with an underage girl.

The lewd acts include oral copulation and other acts “with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim].” Sparks — who was also a choreographer on “So You Think You Can Dance” — is being held on $590,000 bail. Sparks is the second person from “So You Think You Can Dance” who’s been in trouble with the law — earlier this year his co-star Alex Da Silva was charged with rape.

Balloon Boy’s Parents Played Themselves, Now Pleading Guilty

my parents copy

The parents that formulated the zany “Balloon Boy” scheme have struck a deal and plan on pleading guilty:

The Colorado parents in last month’s notorious “balloon boy” case will plead guilty to offenses for creating a hoax that their son had flown away in a large balloon. Richard and Mayumi Heene are expected to plead guilty Friday morning in Larimer County Court, according to a statement issued by Richard Heene’s attorney.

Mayumi Heene is expected to plead guilty to an offense of false reporting to authorities, a misdemeanor of the lowest level, according to the attorney. Richard Heene is expected to plead guilty to a felony offense of attempting to influence a public servant. Though the Heenes could receive jail time for the charges, the prosecutor has recommended probation, Richard Heene’s attorney said.

The threat of deportation for Mayumi Heene was a factor in the plea deal negotiation, the attorney’s statement said. “Mayumi Heene is a citizen of Japan. As such, any felony conviction or certain misdemeanors would result in her deportation, even though her husband and children are Americans,” the statement said. “It is supremely ironic that law enforcement has expressed such grave concern over the welfare of the children, but it was ultimately the threat of taking the children’s mother from the family and deporting her to Japan which fueled this deal.”

Prosecutors in the case could not be immediately reached for comment.

Court documents released last month said the couple hatched the plan about two weeks before the incident and “instructed their three children to lie to authorities as well as the media regarding this hoax.” Their motive? To “make the Heene family more marketable for future media interests,” the documents said.

This is the epitome of attention whoring. You can tell the dad lives by the motto “By Any Means Necessary.” SMH

Katt Williams is Out and Talking About His Arrest

katt-mugshot

The Katt is loose and already speaking out against the charges:

“I was in the middle of a birthday party” when arrested, Williams told the judge. “I’m one of the most honorable people in my profession,” said the father of eight children, seven of whom were adopted.

Comedian Katt Williams was released from jail on $40,000 bond after being arrested and accused of breaking into a rural Georgia home with a crowbar. Williams, 38, was released from the Coweta County, Georgia, jail Monday night, his attorney, William Briggs, told CNN.

The house, on a horse farm in west Georgia, is owned by record producer Barry Hankerson, according to a police report of the incident. Briggs said Williams was a guest at the home, and has been living there for nearly a month while filming a movie produced by Hankerson.

Williams was arrested early Monday after an employee of Hankerson’s — Daniel Paul Broach — called police and reported Williams had broken into the home with a crowbar, the police report said. A county magistrate set bail at $40,000 in a hearing Monday afternoon. The police report said about $3,500 in jewelry and collectible coins had been stolen. Williams’ lawyer said “we absolutely deny” involvement in any theft. “Mr. Williams wears more than that in jewelry on his person,” Briggs said Monday. Briggs said that Williams had argued with the employee, prompting the burglary report.

Hankerson spoke with investigators Monday afternoon to assure them that Williams had his permission to stay indefinitely in the home he was accused of burglarizing, Briggs said. “The community and law enforcement have been very welcoming and kind to him,” said Alan Clarke, a Georgia attorney who represented Williams in court Monday. “This is a misunderstanding which will work out quickly.” Williams smiled broadly while posing for a mug shot photo at the jail.

Williams was hospitalized in South Carolina in November 2008. His publicist at the time said it was for fatigue following a grueling road tour.

When The Checks Stop Coming In: Katt Williams Popped For…Burglary

kattwilliams

Katt Williams has been arrested for burglary:

Comedian Katt Williams has been jailed in Georgia on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. A deputy at the jail in Coweta County, southwest of Atlanta, confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment Monday afternoon. The deputy did not have access to a police report to provide more details. Williams’ real name is Micah Williams. He’s known for his appearances on BET and HBO, including an HBO special, “Katt Williams: Pimp Chronicles Part 1,” which was shot in Atlanta. He also had roles in the movies “Friday After Next” and “Norbit.” It was unclear Monday morning if Williams had an attorney.

Damn, we thought Katt was cool since his hotel and crazy farm incident.
