Rebecca Gayheart and husband Eric Dane have their hands full with infant daughter Billie Beatrice, 5-months. But now the couple have one less thing to worry about – they've just won their sex tape lawsuit against Gawker Media.
According to the New York Daily News, the gossip site has reportedly agreed to pay a low-six figure settlement to Eric and Rebecca for posting a homemade sex tape of the couple online.
The tape, published on Gawker's Defamer blog last year, shows Grey's Anatomy star Eric, wife Rebecca and friend Kari Ann Peniche in a threesome in a hot tub.
The couple filed a $1 million copyright infringement lawsuit against the web site in September, saying Gawker didn't have permission to publish their private sex tape.
The settlement also orders Gawker Media to remove any traces of the tape, which has reportedly been viewed more than 4 million times, from all of its Web sites.
