LeBron James Hopes Sons Will "Follow In My Footsteps"

LeBron James' longtime girlfriend, Savannah Brinson opens up to Harper's Bazaar about their move to Miami. Savannah poses in New York City, with sons LeBron Jr., 5 1/2, who shows off his basketball skills, and Bryce Maximus, 3. Read below to hear about LeBron's hopes for their sons' future:

On the move to Miami: “Personally, Miami was not my favorite place. Vacationing there is great: You go for three days and get some sun, and it’s time to go home. It will definitely be an adjustment, but we’ll make it. We’re not complaining. Whatever LeBron felt was comfortable, I’m with him. I just love him so much. We’re soul mates.”

LeBron Jr. on his future in the NBA: “I’m going to play in the NBA,” he announces proudly. His mother explains, “He sees his dad playing and he thinks it’s cool. But he can do whatever he wants to do in life. He doesn’t have to walk in his father’s footsteps.”

LeBron Sr. on his sons playing basketball: “Well, like any father, I would hope that they would follow in my footsteps. That would be a great story—and as a father, I would be on cloud nine every day. Ultimately, though, only the big man above knows their future. They do have lots of talent, though.”

Giveaway: UV Skinz

Jul 12 2010 8:30amJul 16 2010 7:00pm

Mompreneur Rhonda Sparks is the creator of UV Skinz - sun protective swim gear as seen right here on Savannah and Eden Mahoney, Marcia Cross’ twins.

Rhonda created the company after her husband Darren, who was only 32-years-old, died from skin cancer. Amidst her grief, Rhonda researched skin cancer and learned that just one severe sunburn during a child’s first 15 years could double the chance of developing skin cancer as an adult. Rhonda’s loss inspired her to create UV Skinz, sun protective swim shirts that carry a UPF rating of 50+, which block out over 98% of the sun’s harmful rays, protecting delicate skin from damaging sunburns. Sunscreen isn’t always enough, is often used incorrectly, and may be irritating to some skin types.

Marcia isn't the only celeb parent dressing her kids in this specialized protective gear. Matthew McConaughey’s sweet son, Levi, was spotted in his UV Skinz shirt.

We are giving away a 'family 4-pack' of UV SKinz. One lucky winner can choose 4 UV Skinz products of their choice.

Also exclusive to our readers is a 20% discount. All you have to do is enter the code CBS1020 at checkout. This offer is good through July 31, 2010.

Sometimes the paparazzi do drive me crazy! But, for the most part, I really try to ignore them. There are good things about being in the public eye, and the paparazzi and one of the not-so-good things. And luckily my daughters don’t seem to notice yet. I think when that day comes then I’ll have a lot more anxiety about it. But for right now, for some reason they just don’t seem to notice.”

Marcia Cross Takes On Picky Eaters

Life has changed drastically for Marcia Cross in the almost three years since the birth of her adorable twins girls, Eden and Savannah. Marcia Cross Smiles With Savannah

Look at those curls! Marcia Cross smiled with her sweet 2 1/2-year-old daughter Savannah at the Santa Monica Pier on Monday (January 25). The Desperate Housewives star held her curly-haired daughter in her arms while enjoying the sites and activities for kids. Savannah's twin sister Eden and papa Tom Mahoney were not seen with the pair.

We just spotted the adorable mother-daughter duo the day before at music class.

Celebrity Baby Scoop sat down with Marcia and asked her some tough questions, like what she really thinks about websites like ours.

That is a great question because I have mixed feelings about celebrity baby websites. Sometimes I’m really happy because I see pictures that I would never see - I’m in the middle of taking care of my kids and someone will send me a picture and I’ll think ‘omigosh, that’s so sweet.’ As long as my children are unaware of it, then I’m ok. I just think that in the future it might become an issue but right now, since they’re still unaware, it’s OK.”

Marcia Cross & Her Musical Munchkin

Two-year-old Savannah Mahoney was sporting her shades as her mom Marcia Cross picked her up from music class in Los Angeles, California yesterday (January 24). Savannah's twin sister Eden wasn't spotted with the pair.

The Desperate Housewives star recently chatted to Celebrity Baby Scoop about how her girls keep her in stitches:

My girls are really funny! They’re actually little jokesters. They do twists on words already. I call them ‘my little minxies.’ They dance, they do imitations of other kids dancing, they make up songs, they make up lyrics. It’s all so silly but every mother just adores their own child and I’m the same way. They make me laugh all the time.”

Marcia Cross & Her Preschool Pals

Such cuties! Marcia Cross took her adorable 2 ½-year-old daughters – Eden and Savannah – to preschool in Santa Monica on Wednesday (January 6).

The 47-year-old Desperate Housewives star carried Eden while sweet Savannah walked alongside her mom and twin sister. The girls looked ready for class, except we couldn't help but notice that Eden was missing a shoe!

Marcia recently sat down with Celebrity Baby Scoop and admitted to feeling frazzled at times.

Omigosh do I ever have frazzled mom moments? What you really should ask me is how many frazzled mom moments do I have in a day, which is like every mom I’m sure. And I have a lot of those frazzled, what do I do now moments where you are being challenged by your 2 ½-year old and you’re thinking ‘I don’t know what to do now…..is this a discipline moment or do I talk to them moment?’ Sometimes I say, ‘let me get your father.’ That’s what I do when I’m really confused and frazzled, but it sounds like I’m really in control like ‘Oh, I’m going to speak to your father about this’ [said in deep, serious voice]. But yah, I’m frazzled a lot, and overwhelmed, and overjoyed and all those things that go together with being a mother. And I think that’s never going to end!”

Marcia Cross’ Californian Christmas Eve

Actress Marcia Cross, 47, and husband Tom Mahoney, 51, took their adorable twin daughters – Eden and Savannah, 2 ½ – out for some last minute holiday shopping in Santa Monica, Calif. on Christmas.

The Desperate Housewives star recently gushed to Celebrity Baby Scoop about her hilarious little girls:

My girls are really funny! They’re actually little jokesters. They do twists on words already. I call them ‘my little minxies.’ They dance, they do imitations of other kids dancing, they make up songs, they make up lyrics. It’s all so silly but every mother just adores their own child and I’m the same way. They make me laugh all the time.

Big Boi

Originally Andre and Big Boi did not get along and considered each other “rivals”.The two eventually joined forces as Outkast and signed with LaFace Records.

Marcia Cross & Eden’s Sunday Smiles

Marcia Cross and her husband Tom Mahoney took their 2 1/2-year-old twin girls, Eden and Savannah (in her trademark navy pants), to the farmer's market in Santa Monica on Sunday (November 29). The two girls climbed all over their dad, who happily carried them around while mom shopped with a family friend.

Marcia recently opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about juggling her successful career on Desperate Housewives with her family life:

I think some days I do it more gracefully than others, and other days it takes its toll. I think like any parent I go through times where things are going great and then I'll have a week where both of my daughters are sick and so I’m trying to juggle work and home life and it’s hard. It can be stressful and I think it would be unrealistic to say otherwise. I think that mothers manage an incredible work load, whether you’re a stay at home mother or you have a job as well. It’s a very full life and certainly one that I dreamt about and always wanted. Given that, there are days that are challenging because you can only be in so many places at once, whether it’s at work or with your kids. You know, sometimes you just really want a nap!”

Jesus Take the Wheel: 11-Year-Old Boy is Shot and Dies While at his Football Coach’s House

Mitchell “D.J.” Maxwell was at a sleepover, with two other teammates, at his football coach’s house. Even though it was an accident, the three little boys thought they were playing with an unloaded pellet gun. One of the boys pretended to shoot the gun and the other little boy actually pulled the trigger.

SMH… Details Under the Hood

WAYCROSS, Ga. — A 12-year-old middle school football player shot and killed a teammate with a pellet gun during a sleepover at their coach’s house.

Mitchell “D.J.” Maxwell, 11, was shot with a .177-caliber pellet gun at the Albany Avenue home of his football coach. He was transported to Satilla Regional Medical Center, where he died.

Felicia Thomas said her sixth-grade son was at a sleepover with two other boys at the coach’s home when he was shot.

Ware County Sheriff Randy Royal said the three boys were playing a PlayStation 3 video game when one of the boys picked up what he thought was an unloaded pellet rifle and pretended to shoot it, then handed it to a 12-year-old who apparently shot Maxwell in the chest from point-blank range.

After trying to stop the bleeding themselves, the children notified two adults watching television in the next room that Maxwell was hurt, but did not immediately say he had been shot.

Stacey Chavez, 35, called 911 while Thomas “Zach” Williams, 22, performed CPR until Ware County emergency medical services personnel arrived.

According to the police report, the paramedics didn’t know the boy had been shot until they got to the hospital. They thought he was having an asthma attack.

In the 911 calls, the caller told the operator the boy was gasping for air and that he had a history of asthma.

“He’s unresponsive but he’s breathing,” one of the callers told 911.

“Do you know if he has a history of asthma or anything?” the 911 operator asked.

“He’s one of my football players, and his cousin’s here now and says he does have asthma,” the caller said.

An autopsy was scheduled to be performed on Monday at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Savannah office.

Royal said the case remains under investigation and the results would be turned over to the district attorney’s office for review and any further action.

Maxwell’s mother said she could not believe her son was gone.

“I just thought the world of him. I was so proud of him,” said Thomas. “I just looked forward to him growing up and becoming a man and really showing me what he’s made of. I worked really hard on him.”

Mitchell Maxwell, Sr., D.J.’s father, said he’s dealing with pain and frustration, still trying to come to grips with what happened to his son.

“I don’t think he meant to kill him, but still you don’t play like that,” Maxwell, Sr. said. “My child is gone. … You shouldn’t put a gun, whether it’s a pellet gun, a real gun, whatever, to anybody and pull the trigger.”

Marcia Cross & Her Sunday Sweeties

Marcia Cross and husband Tom Mahoney were spotted with their adorable 2 1/2-year-old twin daughters - Eden and Savannah - along with Marcia's parents at their local farmers market in Brentwood on Sunday (November 15). As always, Savannah was dressed in all navy blue and both girls wore their sun hats.

MC: “They’ve just started preschool so new songs and new kids. Savannah’s still only wearing navy blue so that’s a challenge,” laughs Marcia. “Eden likes to be naked so that’s another challenge but they’re fabulous and they’re really funny and they seem to have really good hearts and a great sense of humor.”

Miley Cyrus Shows Disney How to Work the Soft Core Porn

At first we had leaked pictures of Miley Cyrus in next to nothing compliments of her own photography skills, then we had those racy Vanity Fair pictures, some photos of her making out with ex-beau Justin Gaston (four years her senior), and now we have this. Check out Miley Cyrus giving parents across the nation a big F U and filming a rather intense make-out sesh for her new movie The Last Song in Savannah, Georgia this week. It's no wonder Hannah Montana is singing her last song next year.

Miley Cyrus rides again!

MileyWell, well, well….Look what we have here.  Miley Cyrus (16) took a break from making out with her hot co-star on the set of her new movie, The Last Song, to go for a wet and wild ride with him over the weekend.  Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth (18) seems to be enjoying the company of the underage teen sensation both on and off  the set in Savannah, Georgia.  Can’t say we blame him, when she’s running around in a skimpy bikini like that!

It’s only been 2 weeks since Miley broke up with her model boyfriend, Justin Gaston, but she hasn’t been wasting any time getting back on the horse.  Or horses.  In that short time, she’s been spotted hanging out with ex-ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas and now this new piece of meat.  Who knew Miley was such a player?
