Simon Monjack and Brittany Murphy have finally been reunited. Simon - who died suddenly last Sunday - was laid to rest next to his late wife Brittany at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in a private ceremony yesterday. I know it’s a bit too late, but maybe now the world will believe Simon’s words that he truly loved his wife.

The British screenwriter - who passed away suddenly last Sunday (23.05.10) - was buried following an emotional orthodox Jewish service at the Chapel of the Hills in Sunland. His remains were then committed to the ground at Los Angeles’ Forest Lawn Memorial Park just five months after his late actress spouse. Family spokesman Roger Neal said: “It was Simon’s wish to be laid to rest next to her.”
