Casey Affleck is being sued for $2 million for allegedly sexual harassing a producer who worked on his documentary, I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix.
People reports that Amanda White filed the lawsuit on Friday in Los Angeles. She claims that she encountered, "uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace" during production.
In her 19-page complaint, she alleges that Affleck referred to women as "cows", openly talked about his sexual exploits with her, and became aggressive when he tried to get her to spend the night with him. She also says Affleck owes her money for her services as a producer.
Affleck is married to Summer Phoenix, the sister of Joaquin. They have two boys, Indiana, 6, and Atticus, 2. He also is uncle to big brother Ben Affleck's kids, Violet, 4, and Seraphina, 18 months.
Affleck's lawyer has fought back with this statement:
"The allegations brought upon our clients are preposterous and without merit. Ms. White was terminated from the production over a year ago. She and her lawyers believe that this maliciously and erroneously filed complaint will cause the producers to succumb to her outrageous and baseless demands. She is mistaken."
