Melanie Amaro has been relatively quiet these last few months since winning first place on X-Factor, but she is making a comeback… just to knock Elton John on his ass.

Super Bowl commercials are all the rave this month, with the ever famous Matthew Broderick’s Day Off for the Honda CR-V. But,the most coveted Super Bowl commercial spot — by far — would be for Pepsi. And America’s chosen girl actually landed that coveted spot, and humbly said ‘Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be starring in a Pepsi Super Bowl commercial, following in the footsteps of some of music’s biggest legends. Winning The X Factor has changed my life.’

Anyway, let’s get back to how huge she is. I thought it would be a fun idea to make a GIF of how her pregnancy has been progressing. Take a look below at the GIF that just keeps growing…

Pretty amazing, huh? That last image is really shocking. But, seriously it really is eye-opening to see what women have to go through (and no I am not just saying that to get chicks.) I am sure the day she pushes that baby out will be the happiest day of her life. Well, the happiest day until the kid grows up and moves out of the house. That is when the real celebration will be going on.

Women have gone to extreme measures — and measurements — especially in the last five years or so, to make their booties the biggest on the block — or in some cases, the world. I mean, remember the panties that had water pads inside them so the girls butts would appear bigger? The media hasn’t helped either, with J-Lo and Beyonce going all Bootylicious on us, Kim Kardashian, and — of course — the ass-blessed Coco. Now, tons of women are going to extreme lengths — and widths — to get a fat ass. But, why? Because, they think men dig it. But, do you, men?

Are massive asses hot, or do they get your gag reflex a’movin? Do they turn you on or do they make you want to turn and run? Are massive asses sexy… or not?

To all the men out there, listen up — you are about to get a crash course into the female mind! We women have this thing called indecisiveness that — when paired with our individuality — tends to overrule common sense and makes us do things to ourselves that we may later regret. Case in point: Rhianna’s new bleach blond hairdo.

Now, while men can go years or even decades staring at the same old thing in the mirror, women cannot. The time frame differs for every woman — it may be two weeks, it may be two years — but, without fail, we get sick of looking at the same hairstyle in the mirror and feel the compelling need to completely revamp our look. So, when your girlfriend/wife/fuck buddy shows up one day with short black hair when she had long, beautiful blonde locks… yeah, that’s why — she got sick of staring at herself in the mirror.

And Rihanna, celeb or not, seems to be suffering from the same ailment that every other modern woman does. But, for those of you who are avid fans of Rihanna’s dark curls, worry naught. Because it is inevitable that they will return to their dark and curly glory soon. She is a woman after all…

You have turned into a monster. A snack obsessed monster and nothing is going to get in your way. Then, you make your way to the dip aisle…oh the dip aisle. Bean dip, cheese dip, spinach dip, low-fat bean dip. You stand there confused and afraid, like a lost little puppy that is miles away from home. Finally, you just close your eyes and pick one from the shelf, but when you open your eyes — you realize you picked up the spinach dip. Go on and put it back for the bean dip, we all know that is what you are going to do anyway.

Three hours later you manage to stumble your way back home. You just blew $300 on a bunch of snacks that will be gone before halftime. But, who cares? It’s the freaking Super Bowl!

Now you are in the kitchen, stocking up the fridge with beer and soft drinks. Things are starting to look like they might actually come together, but then your girlfriend walks into the room. She walks right up to you and kisses you. “RED FLAG! RED FLAG!” You scream in your head. She never just walks in the room and kisses you. She wants something…

After the kiss, she comments on how good you smell today. “Good? I haven’t even showered…oh this is bad. This is really bad.” you think to yourself. “What do you want?” you ask her. She goes on this long spiel about how she thinks it’d be a delightful idea if everyone showed up to the party dressed as their favorite player. Right away you recognize how horrible that idea sounds, but you can’t show your disgust. You tell her that you’ll think about it, but never mention it again. Crisis averted.

And that is all before noon.

The rest of the day is spent on the phone, answering questions from your friends. Larry wants to make sure no peanuts are mixed in with the chips because he is allergic. Dylan wants to make sure that Lisa isn’t going to be there because he “hit it and quit it.” And, John called five times making sure you got bean dip and not that disgusting spinach dip.

Why do you put yourself through this every year? Because it’s the Super Bowl! When you successfully pull off the best Super Bowl party on the block, it will all be worth it.

Black Swan backwards, it’s about a dancer who cures her insanity by sleeping with Mila Kunis

Lord Of The Rings backwards it’s about a little guy who finds a really cool ring in a volcano and spends the rest of the time walking home.

Titanic backwards, it’s a heart warming tale of a ship that jumps out of the water and saves lots of drowning people.

Cinderella backwards, it’s a delightful animated Disney classic about a woman learning her place.

Groundhog Day backwards, its basically the same except Bill Murray doesn’t get the girl at the end.

Wait…what were we talking about again?

For all of you born past about 1990, you may not remember Ferris Fever, but for all of you born before that time… how could we ever forget the antics of Bueller and his pals on that infamous day off?

But, what does Ferris Bueller’s Day Off have anything to do with the Superbowl, you ask? Well, Matthew Broderick and the guys at Honda have brought Ferris back for an homage that, frankly, kicks butt. They never had to mention Cameron’s name, Principal Rooney’s name, or even Ferris’ name, but the new commercial for Honda’s CR-V, aptly named ‘Matthew Broderick’s Day Off,’ brings Ferris back in a whole new light, and to a whole to generation.

Let’s be honest here — many people only watch the Superbowl for the stellar commercials, and this will certainly be one for the books — right up there with ‘Bud’ Weis’ ‘Eeeer.’ The two minute and thirty second video that has been released will be squashed down to only sixty seconds and played in the coveted fourth quarter commercial line up in Sunday’s Giants/Patriots game.

So, let’s pay our own homage to Ferris and his infamous antics with all of the very best clips and lines (videos available below) from his day off. And, we’ve also gotten our hands on the full two and a half minute skit: Matthew Broderick’s Day Off.

It’s being reported that Sofia Vergara was going to pose for the same kind of picture, but they couldn’t find enough footballs to cover her chest.

And, apparently, these are Roseanne’s kinda people. Ah, yes. And can you imagine what a country it would be with Roseanne as the Commander in Chief? In fact, you’ll never believe what Roseanne is going to push for if she happens to actually win the election. One word — Pot! Roseanne is taking the platform to legalize our friend Mary Jane and sell it strictly in the US. Yeah… I’m liking her already.

He made several attempts to make his way back but the addiction kept getting the best of him. Hamilton didn’t play baseball at all for a two year period. He never gave up though and finally made his MLB debut in 2007 with the Cincinnati Reds.

After the 2007 season Hamilton was traded to the Texas Rangers and things took off. In 2008 he was named to the American League All Star Team, and who could forget his Home Run Derby performance? A truly amazing performance. Things were looking up for Hamilton and it looked like his life was back on the right track. However, in early 2009 he had a little slip up. He went to a bar in Arizona and got plastered. You can see the pictures from that night down below…

He bounced back from that, though. He went on to help the Texas Rangers go to the World Series in 2010 and 2011. Hamilton had been clean from alcohol and drugs since that 2009 incident, but this past Monday he suffered another setback. Hamilton went to a local bar in Arlington and had a few too many drinks. It’s even being reported that teammate Ian Kinsler went to the bar in an effort to bring Hamilton home.

A close source told The Daily Fix that they were at the bar that night and saw Hamilton flirting with girls, letting them touch his ass and that it “made them lose a lot of respect for him.”

It’s a very unfortunate situation. Hamilton has been so open about his struggles that you almost feel like you know him. You feel like you are part of his family, you feel betrayed and hurt. But, is that a fair reaction? He is not a superhero. He doesn’t owe us anything, so why should we care so much? Josh Hamilton has a disease. Everyday is a struggle for him. Normal people go out and drive by an ice cream shop and think, “I really want an ice cream cone, but I really don’t need one” That’s our big temptation…an ice cream cone.

Josh Hamilton drives past a bar and wants to jump out of the car and drink ‘til he passes out. He has said multiple times that he fights the urge to do drugs again every single day. Josh Hamilton has to live a very sheltered life. His addiction ended up getting the best of him Monday, so what? Are we all supposed to despise him now? No, mistakes are going to happen. Just look at it from a baseball perspective.

You could be having the worst game of your career. You made a few errors in the outfield, struck out three times and haven’t helped your team at all. But guess what? It’s the bottom of the ninth, your team is down by 1 and there is runner on first base. You get your pitch and you hit a walk-off home run, and as you are rounding third base you see your entire team waiting at home plate to jump all over you.

Hamilton is going to make a few errors, but as long as he continues to try his best there will always be people there ready to congratulate him as he rounds third base.

Home plate is where Hamilton needs to stay.

In a recent interview with Daily News, Ja Rule — real name Jeffrey Atkins (oh… so that’s where the JA comes from) told reporters that he’s been having a good ‘ol time in the state lock up. Why? Well, his newfound happiness is due to two friends he’s met, friends Ja says he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to meet had he been on the ‘outside.’

And who are these wonderful friends? Well, the Washington Post reported that Ja has chummed up with ‘Alan Hevesi and Dennis Kozowski. Hevesi is an ex-New York City comptroller serving time for corruption charges. Kozowski is a former Tyco CEO convicted of stealing money from the company.’ Yeah… great pals ya got that there, Ja.

Atkins had this to say about his shower buddies: ‘“Outside, you don’t meet guys like this every day. This place is amazing,.. Koz just got out on work release. Not to say I wish he was still here… But they’re both great, smart guys…’ Wow… just, wow. Check out the video of the interview — it’s a doozy.
